The fish and seafood we serve arrives directly off the Cambados flat-bottom boats and the Blanes, Palamós and Arenys de Mar fish markets. A cult for excellent products rules on our menus.
The La Hacienda team is formed by Vanesa Saura and Lídia Ruiz, wedding planners and sales representatives who offer clients personalised attention. They are responsible for organising weddings and all types of events down to the very last details. The preparations, samplings and all of the logistics are in their hands.
Joan Valls manages the La Hacienda banquet room, leading a large team of experienced wait staff and professionals who take care of the service.
Toni Gordillo is the chef at La Hacienda and the restaurant El Hogar Gallego, in Calella (Barcelona), which was founded in 1977 and specialises in seafood cuisine. Three generations have worked at the head of the kitchen at this emblematic establishment. Toni Gordillo Bernárdez, the son of Antonio Gordillo Lavado, is currently the chef of the restaurant. He maintains a balance between his father’s market cuisine and a son’s innovation based on his training at the culinary school Escuela de Hostelería Arnadi Hofmann in Barcelona and the experience he has acquired working under Ferran Adrià (El Bulli), Santi Santamaria (Racó de Can Fabes), Jean Luch Figueras (Jean Luch) and Olivier Roellinger (Les Maisons de Bricourt).
